In many ways, taking inventory helps remove some of the emotional attachment we place on our belongings. It allows us to see things more clearly and realistically.

You may have heard of the 80/20 rule — we often use only 20% of our belongings 80% of the time. Once you begin taking inventory, this concept starts to make a lot more sense. Many of the things we currently own are rarely used, rarely worn, or perhaps have never even been used at all.

If something doesn’t belong there, move it to where it should be.
Simple. Quick. Effective.
Now pause for a second — how did that feel?
Work through that same room until it reflects your goal for the space.
This should take minutes, not hours.
(Skip the garage full of boxes for now — there’s time for that later.)

Well, I am not a fitness expert I am an expert in helping people live more organized lives. One thing I’ve noticed is that most of my clients lack some sort of exercise program. When I started on my organizing journey one of things that sustained me was my workout. I want to show you why there is a direct correlation between the two.
