You hear it said, “There’s never enough time.” Then there’s also those people who get so much done in their day, it leaves one to ask, “How do they do it?” They certainly weren’t given an y more than what you and I were given, twenty four hours. As I thought about this, it occurred to me I was going at things from the wrong perspective.
I realized that I cannot control time, it will continue to happen. It was then I realized I needed to become better at managing me. This completely changed my world for the better! When I tell you my mind was blown, I mean it!
Here’s how I did it:
The end of day recap has really been helpful in keeping me intentional. It’s a nice opportunity to reset and refocus when I need it. Each day has become a new opportunity to live more intentional. I have become more adaptable as emergencies have popped up. Having this mindset allows me to better prioritize knowing I can get back on track at the earliest opportunity. We all know life likes to throw curve balls, a good relationship with time can certainly help us through the challenges.
If you would like to know more about becoming a better manager of yourself, Keeping It Simple has a more detailed explanation of just how you can do this. You can join my membership site here!
